His Excellency Aref Hamad Al Awani, General Secretary, Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) and Mr Omran Al Khoori, President-Business Development, VPS Healthcare, signed an agreement appointing Burjeel Medical City, the recently inaugurated and modern multidisciplinary, quarternary hospital infrastructure in the country, as the official medical services provider for the UAE Tour 2021, scheduled to commence from February 21, 2021 here.
According to the organisers, UAE Tour 2021 is the third edition of a unique WorldTour Race conducted in the Middle East, and has already drawn 20 WorldTour teams for participation at the curtain raiser Marathon Cycling event to be conducted by Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), between 21st and 27th February 2021.
Welcoming on board the industry-standard medical services of Burjeel Medical City, His Excellency Aref Hamad Al Awani said, “We are delighted with the partnership we have signed with VPS Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi.
